Unless otherwise specified, D2 tool steel covered by this specification shall be made by an electric melting process.It shall be made from ingots or slabs that have been reduced in cross section in such a manner to such a degree as to ensure proper refinement of the solidification structure.

Ultrasonic Quality
A2 tool steel will be ultrasonically tested at appropriate stages of the manufacture to ensure the quality,when and as agreed upon between seller and purchaser.

Packing&loading
1.Unless otherwise specified,shipment shall be packaged and loaded in accordence with Practices A 700.
2.When specified in cantract or order,and for direct procurement by or direct shipment to the goverment,when Level A is specified,preservation,packaging and loading shall be in accordence with the Level A requirements of MIL-STD-163.

Package making:
D2 Alloy tool steel are supplied with marking according to  standard A 681 and customer's requirement.

 It is the payment for custonmer whose order qty is less then Min Order Qty.Because small qty of products should be processed same in the production flow as big qty and the average cost would get much higher then gones.So there is small Qty Process Charge to ensure the profit of our factory and ususlly the amount of it is about $250.00.
